Abstract
Recently, with the spread of smartphones and the development of logistics distribution, the field of consumption is changing from offline to online. Reviews are a means of providing information based on the experiences of another consumer, and their importance is growing in these days when online shopping is the main focus. Reviews are affecting consumers' purchasing decisions, narrowing the information gap between consumers and sellers, and creating trust-based communication in the process of accepting review information. The current review system is moving beyond collecting text reviews to a more advanced form of 'detail review'. The number of e-commerce platforms that provide ‘detail review’ are increasing, and platforms that provide detail reviews are also providing different configurations, so it is time to research on the direction of development in the future. This study identified the functions, roles, and current status of four domestic and foreign e-commerce platforms. The rating analysis, evaluation, and detail review of these platforms. 4 improvements were derived through grade analysis, evaluation, and detail review classification. As an improvement point of detail review, this study proposes 1) improving evaluation by feature, 2) establishing a smooth review classification system, 3) strengthening review reliability, and 4) expanding communication functions.
