Abstract

This study calculates the weights for organizational diagnosis indicators of vocational training institutions. To this end, the weights of variables were analyzed and their priorities derived using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the vocational training institutions(K-VET) organizational diagnosis model developed using the indicators of vocational training institutions. This study derived the following findings. First, in the first-level category section, human resource management showed the highest priority, followed by strategic management, training project management, performance management, organizational culture, organizational system, and organizational growth. Second, in the second-level sub-category items, calculating the composite weights for the category section and sub-category items, training planning and performance compensation showed the highest priority, followed by organizational trust, HR system operation, internal and external customer satisfaction, leadership, value system, mid- to long-term management strategy, training operation, training performance, financial performance, competency development, organizational structure, training evaluation, organizational development, operational efficiency, work style, value internalization, organizational culture improvement, internal and external networking, and risk management. The priority was shown to be high. The significance of this study lies in providing flexibility so that vocational training institutions can identify their own organizational management competencies and set priorities according to diverse environments for their business. This can be achieved by analyzing the importance of the aforementioned indicators and giving weights for them.
